Q: What are your rates?

A:
You can check our rates for each campaign as you select options in our campaign order forms. They are dynamically generated as you select or de-select campaign variables.



Q: How do I know the cost of a campaign?

A:
You can use the cost estimator in your account to obtain an estimate based your budget or impressions cap.


Q: If rates are generated in real-time, how can I prevent over spending?

A:
Our ad client interface gives you control of how much you want to spend. You can define the budget of each ad group/campaign.



Q: Once I enter my campaigns in, how long does it take before they start receiving impressions?

A:
Your campaigns will be reviewed for final approval same day M-F. We will review your target URL and your website. If you are already a client with an establish account, and you have made a deposit into your account already, your campaigns will start receiving impressions within a couple of hours.


Q: When will I be charged for campaign activity?

A:
Your account balance will be debited daily for the previous day's activity. A list of all charges can be found in your account's Balance Manager.

Q: Do you give repeat customers discounts?

A:
We take this on a case-by-case basis. Based on our monitoring of sales, we may approach a repeat customer with a "loyalty" discount. If you feel you should be considered for such a discount, contact us at clientservices@validwebvisitors.com, and make a request. We will review your request and respond with a decision within 5-7 business days.


Q: How can I keep my campaign running without interruption?

A:
You can recharge your account by logging into the Stats Login page. Once logged in, you will see a box at the bottom of your user interface that provides you with the option to add web traffic, banner impressions, text ad clicks to your currently running campaign.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:
We accept online payments via PayPal. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay with a major credit card.
PayPal payments are handled by our parent company, Transit Gloria Media, LLC.
